I understand the BBC produces and announces a "National Traffic Report". However, I was highly entertained to see in Austin on the Amber Alert signs on a completely different highway the following message:
"I-35E closed in Dallas. Expect Delay".

After all, the incident is only 188 miles away

I wonder if it caused delays here.
